  4. Mazelen vaccinatie • Na 1e BMR: 95% beschermd • Na 2e BMR: 100% beschermd • Wat te doen met deze vrouw die 1x BMR heeft gehad, die chemotherapie gaat krijgen en omringd is door mazelen?

Overwegingen • RubellaIgG 21; hoog, laag positief? • 1 x BMR voldoende bescherming tav mazelen? • 2e BMR want optimaal beschermen ivmchemo (gaan voor 100% ipv 95%) • Wanneer 2e BMR gezien chemokuur? • Mazelen IgG bepaling? • Wat voor invloed heeft de mazelen epidemie van 1999/2000 op de immuunstatus van deze vrouw?
