  3. Take a minute to write down the goals you set for the Division you serve. …Are these SMART goals?

  4. Next to each goal, write down one or two action items to accomplish that goal, who will do them, and by when.

  5. Tips to Accomplishing Goals • Periodically review the goals with the Division you serve…whether its at a DCM or listed in the Division Newsletter • ALWAYS plan ahead! • Post the goals to remind you daily.
