Started at my Alma mater – DBT in Paterson under Hall of Fame legendary coach Nick Bucci Coaches at Highlands from 1994 – 2006 Frosh Soccer 1994-1996 Varsity Soccer 1997-2006 Tack and Field – Weights 1994-2001 Assistant Varsity/JV basketball 1994 -1996 Graduated Montclair State College in 1991 and received my Masters Degree from Montclair State University in 1995 – what is the difference?? Wrote the curriculum for the Real World Engineering Course in 2003-04 and ran the course in 2006. Tweaked the curriculums and names of all courses since 1997 – Technical Drawing 1 to CAD 1 Technical Drawing 2 to CAD 2 Advanced Architectural Drawing to Honors Architectural Design Honors Engineering Drawing to Honors Engineering Design

  3. But what exactly is engineering? Engineering embraces the wide range of cultural and technical subjects related to the planning, design and manufacture, or construction of objects necessary for civilization.

  4. Engineering Defined The application of scientific and mathematical principles to practical ends such as the design, manufacture, and operation of efficient and economical structures, machines, processes, and systems.

AN ENGINEER • An engineer is an innovator, a builder, and a problem solver. • Engineers turn scientific knowledge into useful goods and services and are responsible to society for their engineering design decisions. They are concerned about people and ways to provide society with improved living standards. • As an engineer, you will apply principles from advanced mathematics and science to test and solve problems quantitatively. You may participate in the design and development of projects ranging from bridges to robotics. You may perform technical tasks involving measurement and preparation of maps; inspection of buildings and equipment for structural, mechanical or electrical problems; or create detailed drawings and work plans.
