  2. Situation • My dad and I are in checkout line at Menards. • We have to wait because the man ahead of us went back to retrieve item heforgot. • After a bit, the customer comes back and proceeds with checking out.

  3. The Customer • The customer appears to be moody and impatient as if he has somewhere to be and doesn’t have any time to waste.

  4. Dialogue Customer: I’ll be right back. I’m going to grab something else. Cashier: Go right ahead! I will watch your stuff.

  5. Dialogue • Customer ahead of us comes back item. Customer: Hey, thanks for waiting! Cashier: No problem sir! • Customer checks out items, then it is our turn.
