  3. La vegetación viene seleccionada por la profundidad del nivel freático, su cantidad y la constancia del mismo. Olmos y pinos carrascos Álamos, chopos, fresnos, sauces, adelfas y tarajes Zarzas cañaverales y carrizales

  4. Riqueza faunística muy elevada Nutria (especie en extinción) y turón Avetorillo, Garza real, Marinete, Martín pescador Ruiseñor, El mito, La lavandera boyera, y la oropéndola Galápago leproso, culebra viperina, rana, sapo, sapo corredor Barbo y Carpa
