Our Credentials • With around 100 full time staff (25 available for major projects) we have one of the largest • permanent installation teams in Queensland. • The proven ability to handle straight-forward installations through to specialized • D-B-O-M packaged water treatment plants. • Certified Designer on staff. • BSA Plumbing Licence and Licenced Electrical Contractors • Prequalified with Santos, Peabody, Arrow, Origin, Bechtel, Golding, Q Build, Department of • Defence and others.

Our Track Record • With over 25 years in the water industry and continuous engagement with the • mining and energy since 2007 , we value greatly our reputation in the water • and mining sectors. • The importance of delivery schedules, contractual requirements, and regulatory • compliances are managed through formalized project management processes. • We have successfully completed over 3000 water projects for a wide range of • corporate, governmental and private clients from Bega to Cairns • With major projects accounting for 30% of turnover, our non-project activities • provide a buffer allowing the retention of experienced staff and equipment • resources between major projects. This enables us to complete projects • on schedule.

Key Personnel • Andrew Page (TPH) • With over twenty years experience in the water industry at all levels from operations to management, I have formal qualifications as a Tradesman Welder, Poly Welder, Restricted Electrical Contractors license, and hold a Hydraulic Design Certificate. During my time at The Pump House I have managed numerous large projects and liaised directly and frequently with specifying engineers, builders and government agencies. • I have developed the Company’s capacity to design build large pump stations and hydraulic packages to the industrial sector through out Queensland. • As a director of the company I am also involved on a day to day basis in the operational management of the Company and its activities. • Tony Kanaris (Broadwater Consultants) • Broadwater Consultants (BWC) Water Resource Division is a consulting and project management service established to provide a broad range of specialised Water Resource services to the mining and coal seam gas industry. • BWC provides cost-effective and practical project management and mine implementation services for the master planning and development of large scale water resource projects. • We provide a total design and construction package, with a practical and efficient approach to project management and delivery, focusing on water and mine infrastructure.

Improving Value to Clients • Reaffirm the implicit value of TPH contract execution in terms of OH&S, technical and • contract risk mitigation. • Greater attention to project management through full use of MS Project. • Continue to develop an understanding of client engineering standards and operational • requirements. • QA program to capture productivity gains and pass on to Clients. • 1.5% of turnover invested in staff training annually to deliver safety and efficiency gains. • KPI monitoring implemented to identify areas for improvement. • Product sourced from over 1500 pre-qualified suppliers on a more competitive basis. • Pre-manufacturing at Nambour facility to reduce labour costs and improve QA.

  11. We use quality components from leading suppliers to optimize operability, functionality and value. Constant pressure Grundfos 6 x CRN150 -7 280kW VFD Pumpset on cascading and rotating duty with PLC control. Capable of flows from 30 to 230 l/s @ 90m. Fully stainless steel wetted components.

  12. Experienced Technicians Our installation crews are experienced in the installation and commissioning of most types of water treatment systems. In-house electricians experienced in UHF telemetry, PLC programming and fabrication of all types of I & E systems.

  13. In a range of materials We are expert in all types of construction work from instrumentation and detailed process work …through to electro-mechanical fabrication and fit-out in a wide range of materials.

We are Licenced Electrical Contractors We are leaders in our market in our capability to design and fabricate sophisticated electrical controls including PLC’s, VFD, Soft starter, auto-transformer and DOL configuration. We offer type tested and mine-spec modular panels up to 3200 amps if required.
