  16. Difference between Block A-3 & A-4 Total cost is Rs: 500,000/- in Block A-3 because it is planned in such a way that 4 plots are placed closed to each other in a block. Four close friends/relatives can purchase these four plots this would make them immediate neigh boor. So you can choose you neigh boor by purchasing a block of four plots. Whereas in Block A-4, plots are placed in a row.
