Please do not set off until you have received this reference. Our Click and Collect ordering service operates Monday to Friday (08:00 to 16:00) only. IMPORTANT: Please ensure you have a suitable vehicle for collection. Large appliances MUST be transported in the upright position. DELIVERY OF SMALL ITEMS Smaller Items such as Hobs, Cooker Hoods and Microwaves amongst others. These items must be under 25kg - Everything else is classed as Large Standard Delivery (FREE) This will occur from Monday - Friday between 8am to 6pm. Delivery will take between 3- 5 working days. Express Delivery (+£10.00) This will occur from Monday - Friday between 8am to 6pm. Delivery will take between 24-48 Hours. Delivery of Your Parcel Your order will be delivered by one of our authorised Parcel Couriers. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order. All items delivered will require you or someone responsible to sign for the delivery. If you are not in, the courier will leave a card. Please either re-arrange your delivery with the courier or arrange a collection from their local depot as detailed on the card. If this is not done ASAP the item will be returned to us and a re-delivery charge will apply. Signing for your Goods Please inspect goods and packaging on delivery Any damage to the packaging or product must be noted on the delivery note and notified to our customer services team (by email) ASAP after delivery. Missing or incorrect items or any other issues with your order must be noted on the delivery note before signing and you must notify us (by email) ASAP after delivery. Claims for damage after a reasonable time frame cannot be accepted. DELIVERY OF LARGE ITEMS Large Appliances, accessories and heavy and/or valuable items are delivered to your home by one of our Specialist Delivery Companies. Standard Delivery (FREE): Monday - Friday between 7am to 8pm. Delivery will take between 3-7 working days. Express Delivery (+£30.00): Monday - Friday between 7am to 8pm. Delivery will take between 1-3 working days.

  3. Delivery Booking Process: On the day of order (or next working day if after 16:00 or during a weekend day or public holiday), you will be contacted by one of our delivery team. Please leave a number you can easily be contacted on with your order. Failure to supply this number may lead to delays. Our delivery team will then contact you to book a suitable delivery slot depending on the service you have selected. PLEASE NOTE: Our delivery is to the doorstep only. Our couriers are very helpful and may help take to your room of choice, but only if there is suitable easy access and assistance available. They will make this decision at the premises after a brief survey of the environment. Please call ASAP if this affects your order. Signing for your Goods: Please inspect goods and packaging on delivery. Any damage to the packaging or product must be noted on the delivery note and notified to our customer services team (by email) ASAP after delivery. Missing or incorrect items or any other anomalies with your order must be noted on the delivery note before signing and you must notify us (by email) ASAP after delivery. Claims for damage after a reasonable time cannot be accepted. IMPORTANT: Please open all packaging carefully - we recommend that you keep the original packaging for a period of time in case the item needs returning. OTHER INFORMATION Damages: It is important to unpack and check your goods before you sign and accept them. If you discover any damage, you can either reject the delivery OR you must make a note of such on the courier's consignment note before you sign for and accept the goods. Please notify us in writing immediately or ASAP after delivery. We are unable to accept any liability for damage or loss after a reasonable time frame. Incorrect Delivery: If we supply you with a product other than the one ordered, it is important to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied ASAP after delivery. We will be happy to collect and exchange for the correct model provided the returned item is complete and as new with all accessories and packaging. Goods Lost in Transit: Once we have given you a dispatch and expected delivery date, it is important to notify us of undelivered goods change colour of glass splashback within 2 days from the expected delivery date. If this is not acceptable, please do not ask them to bring the item in. Additional Storage: We only hold orders at our Winsford Warehouse for a maximum of 4 weeks without charge. There is a weekly charge of £20 per week after this.

  4. Returns • All of our appliances come with a United Kingdom Functional Warranty. This warranty is usually for a 12 month period (unless otherwise stated in the item description). This warranty is a domestic warranty only (absolutely no commercial use is covered at all). When an item is delivered to you, you are asked to FULLY inspect the item before accepting it. You will be given ample time by the delivery driver to do this and then asked to sign a delivery note. Please FULLY read this note prior to signing it. It is important to do this as we will not enter into negotiations regarding cosmetic marks after this note has been signed. Notification must be made within 48 hours of receipt. If the item is under its warranty period and the item is faulty, we will fully cover all parts and labour costs or supply an alternative product or refund. This decision will remain at the companies discretion. Items deemed to be "misused" or "tampered with" will have their warranty classed as "void". Depending on the item and nature of the fault, a repair may be carried out on your own premises or at All Your Appliances from Secondtek's repair facility. This will be at the companies discretion. The company bears no liability or responsibility for faulty plumbing or connections. The company does not accept any liability implied or otherwise for loss of earnings, due to delays on delivery. The company does not accept any liability for any installation, uninstallation charges that the buyer may incur. Please ensure you only book these once the item is in your possession. Cancellations: - Under the consumer rights act 2015, you have the right to cancel the order within 7 days of receipt. We double the time of this due to the nature of some our appliances and now allow 14 days. Return postage is the buyers responsibility for cancellations. If the item has already been delivered it must be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories included. If you require us to collect the item then we will charge carriage at our standard rate. WEEE Regulations: • We offer to take Old Appliances away when new ones are delivered This service is free, but our courier requires a £30 fee to cover transportation to our Cheshire Warehouse If you wish to take us up on collection of your old appliance, please call 01606 590502 for details. This service MUST be pre-booked and can only take place on the day of delivery of your new appliance. The Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires countries to maximise separate collection and environmentally friendly processing of these items. In the UK, distributors (including retailers) must provide a system which allows all customers buying new electrical equipment the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge. Those establishing their own take-back scheme must as a minimum offer all customers buying new electrical equipment free take back of their old electricals on a like-for-like basis. Unwanted electrical equipment is the UK's fastest growing type of waste.

  5. Many electrical items can be repaired or recycled, saving natural resources and the environment. If you do not recycle, electrical equipment will end up in landfill where hazardous substances will leak out and cause soil and water contamination - harming wildlife and also human health. We are pleased to offer our customers the chance to recycle their old electrical items when purchasing a new item from us. To remind you that old electrical equipment can be recycled, it is now marked with a crossed-out wheeled bin symbol. Please do not throw any electrical equipment (including those marked with the crossed out wheeled bin symbol) in your bin.
