  6. Football • Starts on Monday 8/26 at 7:15 am • Be ready to go. Arrive early. Doors open at6:45 am • Schedules are posted on the AMS Website

  7. Equipment Handout Equipment will be handed out the first week of school during the athletic period for 7th and 8th grade. We provide everything needed except shoes.

  8. Athletes do not need to dress out the first day. We will assign lockers the first day. We will workout the 2nd day of school. Bring lock for locker and workout clothes and shoes

  11. Volleyball • Tryouts start on 8/20/19. • Doors open at 7:00 AM for tryouts and we will begin at 7:15. • Wear a gray shirt with your black shorts/spandex. • Please write your FIRST and LAST name on both the front and the back of the shirt. • Girls in volleyball tryouts will have time to get dressed and eat breakfast in the Bearcat Den before 2nd period. • After teams are determined, practice time will start at a later time.

  12. Off Season • Athletes not in Football will report to the Bearcat Den before school and will be dismissed to the fieldhouse or Gym 1 for Off Season • Girls will report to the Bearcat Den before school and be released to GYM 1 at the bell except for the first week. You will stay in the Bearcat Den with Coach Anderson. • Off Season will work every day should have a gray shirt, black shorts and good pair of athletic shoes • We will go outside when it is cold • Sweats or tights will be needed

  13. Information BOYS • Bring a lock to keep your valuables safe • Keep clothes clean and shower GIRLS • Lockers will optional. • You will not need a lock if you are in offseason. • Volleyball players will need a lock.

  14. Basketball and Track • Basketball tryouts will be held after football/volleyball season ends. Notices posted on the AMS Athletics page • Track season begins after basketball ends in the spring. Usually last week of January 2020
