  5. Tenancy • Tenancy with Vocational Training Council(VTC) at nil premium • Utilities charges, management and maintenance fees, government rent and rates be reimbursed to VTC

  6. Length of Service Contract • 3 years

  7. Subventions Recurrent • $8.653 Mn p.a. Capital (LF) (max.) • Fitting Out: $7,472,600 • F&E: $787,200 Prep Cost • 2-month ASWO equivalent prior to the target operation date

  8. Implementation Schedule

  9. Fitting-out Works • Provision of Kitchen is required • Renovation/fitting-out plans, specifications and works programme with milestone dates be submitted to VTC for approval

  10. Submission of Proposals • Deadline 1 September 2008 (5:00 p.m. sharp) LATE SUBMISSION IS NOT ACCEPTED • Pages Limit 30 pages (A4; font size 12) including appendices • Nos. of Copies 6 hard copies and 1 soft copy
