The UEMS-ORL Section and Board has developed an European training programme and a log book for Head and Neck Surgery. • The training programme is based on the accepted UEMS-ORL training programme in Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery • The subspecialitytraining programme has beenaccepted by all UEMS memberstates. • The trainingprogrammeshould serve as a guideline for approvedtraining centers to enable head and neckfellows to meet the European standard Introduction
