  2. What is the Respiratory system ? • it lets us breathe. • we breath oxygen , because we need oxygen in our work is that blood . • we breathe in oxygen and then we breathe out what our body doesn’t need • basically this whole process is an exchange of gases .

  3. Alveolus • atinysac use for holding air in the lungs . • squashes the oxygen molecules so they diffuse from the alveolus into the capillary

  4. Diaphragm • main muscle of respiration • controls the flow of air into the lung

  5. Lung • essential respiration organ in all air-breathing animals

  6. Larynx • the place where moving air creates voice sounds

  7. Trachea • windpipe is the passage for the pharynx to the lungs • a common biological term for an airway through which respiratory air transports

  8. Bronchus • the tube that connects the trachea with the lungs • each bronchiole ends in a cluster of air sacs called alveoli.

  9. Bronchioles • a tube in the lungs branching off from the bronchus . • the smallest unit of trachea and helps in taking fresh air to lungs alveoli and taking co2
