THE NEW LEFT AND THE COUNTERCULTURE

Summary: Today we will look at the New Left and the counterculture, two developments of the 1960s that reflect the particular cultural location of the "baby boom" generation. We will look at high points of both movements, such as the 1967 Spring Mobilization to End the War in Vietnam and the 1969 Woodstock Fes30283
