3. Click on My Groups In this window, you will create your class list – you will have to type in parents e-mails

4. Creating a SignUp: Step 1 1. Click on the Create A Signup tab 1 2. Choose “Volunteers or People SignUp” (most flexible) 2 3 3. This pull-down menu will show you which groups you've created 4. Type in the Title of your event 5. Type in the description of your event 6. Click “Continue” 4 5 6

5. Creating a SignUp: Step 2 1. Choose a Theme Category from the drop down menu 2. Click on the background you like 3. Click “Continue” 1 2 3

6. Creating a SignUp: Step 3 1. Click on the type of event (usually going to be one-time) 2. Fill out the start and end times, and location * For Family Fun Night, just write 5:30-9:30, Fox Mill School 3. Click “Continue” 1 2 3

7. Creating a SignUp: Step 4 1. Type description of what you need 2. Use drop down menu to indicate number of items 3. Type in notes such as “Please indicate type of entree” 4. If you have more than 5 items, click on “I need to enter more sign up slots” 5. Click “Continue” 3 1 2 4 5

If everything's correct, click “Proceed to Invite & Publish If not, click “Edit Further” – this will take you back to the beginning and you can click on the link to any of the steps (e.g. “1) General Details” or “2) Theme”) to make your changes Once you've made your all your changes, you'll end up at this step again 2 1

10. Creating a SignUp: Step 6 1. If this is the wrong group, click on “Edit Group” 2. You can use the default or type in your own message. 3. Click this button to preview the e-mail 4. With the recommended setting, you can't forward the invitation; volunteers must respond from the e-mail you sent the invitation to; click on “Help Me Decide” if needed 5.
