  2. Hours of Operation • Monday – Friday 8:00 to 5:30

Methods for Stress Relief • Massage Therapy - Both male and female therapists - 15 dollars for half an hour - Take your bay card - Takes place at the Raw - Book in person or online - Payment Methods: Bay bucks, Debit, and Credit cards. - Cancelation policy: At least 24 hours in advance. - Arrive 15 minutes early and check in at the front desk.

  4. Methods for Stress Relief • Counseling - Multiple Counselors available for CSUEB students. - Appointments can be booked in person or online. - Free if you are a student. - Deal with family issues, relationships, problems with school, etc…

  5. Peer. Advocate. Wellness • Services: Alcohol wise Education, Campus and community resources, Sexual Health, Family Pact information, Sexual health education, Free condoms, Free HIV testing. • RAW services: Nutrition assessments, Health and easy recipes, Diet information, Food allergy, Massage therapy, relaxation room, stress management, and overall wellness. • All services are free to all enrolled students.
