  19. New Member Class • Last one March 26 • Latest group of New Members are transfers • Information Packets on the Church are provided • Welcome Lunch or Evening dessert is provided

  20. Mt. Zion Preschool • The Mt. Zion Preschool was established in 1967. • School Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9- 11:30 a.m. with optional Friday extended day until 3 p.m.

  22. The Alpha Course • Introductory course for new believers and those that have left the church • Last course completed July 2009 • Next course is currently in the planning stages. www.alphausa.org

  23. Companions in Christ • Course started September 28 • Currently 11 students in the group

  24. Prayer/Study Groups • Prayer groups meet Wednesday mornings and during Lent this year a Monday Evening Prayer group met • Thursday mornings at 6:30 am a Bible Study group meets at Starbucks

  37. Membership Statistics From 1/1/09-9/30/09 • 16 new members (5 confirmands, 11 others) • 2 infant baptisms • 7 Professions of Faith (includes 5 confirmands) • Ave. attendance = 161 (2008=158, 2007=151)
