Internationalization of the Campus • One of President Stefanco’s “four pillars,” mentioned in her inaugural address – developing Saint Rose as a center for global connectedness • Specific recruitment efforts have been underway since 2012, encompassing both undergraduate and graduate outreach • Center for International Programs was established in 2014 to provide support to efforts, including international student support, ESL, and study abroad.

Campus Support for International Students Coordination of On-campus Support • Orientation – expanded from the past, includes temporary housing, airport pick-up, presentations on maintaining visa, academic expectations, etc. • Writing Center – has tutors with specific skills in working with English Language Learners • Services – include help with Social Security cards, drivers licenses, taxes; medical insurance
