  3. The Dates • Friday 10th July to Monday 13th July • Depart Friday at 11.30am • Arrive home on Monday Afternoon • Pick up and drop off at Copsewood gates (times to be confirmed in final letter)

  4. The Staff • Mr. Griffiths Teacher / Tutor • Mr.Powell Year 7 Progress Leader • Mrs. Angell Assistant Progress Leader • Miss.   5. The Coach • All pupils will be put in a travel group for the weekend • and supervised by a member of staff. • Travel groups will not be activity groups. • Coaches will stay with us throughout the weekend.

  6. Pupils will be accommodated in chalets that sleep 4 pupils. • All chalets have en suite facilities • Remember to bring you sleeping bag! Osmington BayAccommodation

  9. In the evenings…….. • All activities are run and led by PGL instructors and staff. • These activities include: - Sports • - Talent Shows • - Quiz games • -Disco!

  10. Catering • PGL provides 3 nutritious and well-balanced • meals a day. • Drinks are also provided during activities and at • bedtime. • PGL caterers are able to deal with most dietary • requirements.

  11. What to bring • A sleeping bag and pillow • Casual wear for travel and evenings, including a fleece • or jumper • Warm jacket/waterproof • Watersports kit to include shorts, swimming costume etc. • Tracksuit bottoms • Trainers - 2 pairs - one wet, one dry • Wash bag and towel • Sun Lotion • A Sun hat • A small dry rucksack / shoulder bag • Torch • Spending money
