Who are we? • We are about 500 practicing Buddhists, with 30 Dharma centers in 7 European Countries: Austria, France, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Switzerland. • Most of our country organizations are members of their respective National Buddhist Unions, in Austria, Germany, Switzerland and Norway.

  5. What is our practice? • Each day, at least 30 minutes of meditation • Each day, at least 108 prostrations • Each day, we do our mantra • Usually we meet at least once per week, in our Dharma centers for formal together practice: Meditation, Chanting and Reading of Lotus Sutra

  6. All of the 500 members took refuge to Buddha, Dharma and Sangha through taking either 5 or 10 precepts.

  7. What are our activities?

  8. We organize about 10 Retreats in Europe during the year

  9. Also, we conduct workshops, lectures and practice days all year round
