  3. Boorish • Definition: Rough and ill-mannered. • Synonyms: coarse, insensitive, oafish, rude, uncivilized, unrefined. • Example: Belle refused to marry Gaston because he was boorish and prideful and lacked common decency. Created by Elizabeth Chu
