  7. Behavior • We hold our athletes to very high standards when it comes to behavior. They are representatives of our school, and should act accordingly. • Issues with behavior will be communicated between teachers, coaches, and parents • Locker rooms are available for athletes to use – BUT students are to dress out, and immediately get to practice (or get ready for pickup). Any messing around in the locker rooms will result in loss of use. • Loitering in the gym and locker rooms will not be tolerated

  8. Parent Responsibilities/Info • Please pleaseplease pick up your students on time from practice and games. Many coaches are also teachers who are pulling 10-12 hour days to coach. We do not want them to have to wait around. • If you are picking up your student from an away game, your MUST sign the student release form with your coach • All practices and tryouts are closed – this is to respect our students as oftentimes parents at practice/tryouts make them nervous

  9. Play time • At the middle level, we strive to create better athletes and teammates, and will do everything we can to ensure all players are getting time on the court; however, play time is not guaranteed. Students who are coachable, positive, and work hard are what we look out for when it comes to playing time. • Parents should not address the coach with playing time concerns before, during, or after a game or practice. • Student athletes are encouraged to keep a positive and open line of communication with their coaches in regards to playing time
