  9. Digital storytelling: • Digital storytelling refers to a short form of digital media production that allows everyday people to share aspects of their life story. Blogs & Wikis • A blog is a discussion or informational site published on the World Wide Web and consisting of discrete entries "posts" typically displayed in reverse chronological order A wiki is a website which allows its users to add, modify, or delete its content via a web browser. Most are created collaboratively. Wikis serve many different purposes, such as knowledge management and notetaking. Web 20 Tools • A Web 2.0 site may allow users to interact and collaborate with each other in a social media dialogue as creators of user-generated content in a virtual community, in contrast to websites where people are limited to the passive viewing of content.
