  2. CHARACTERISTICS: The three-phase hopper loaders are the ideal solution for the transport in vacuum of great quantities of plastic material, also at long distance. The vacuum is created by side channels blowers with high performances.

  3. CHARACTERISTICS: • The transport system is composed of 3 families of elements: • SUCTION UNITS (powers from 1.1 to 11 kW) • CONTAINERS (capacity from 0.5 up to 80 liters) • FILTERS (metallic net, tissue, paper or cyclone filters)

  4. APPLICATIONS: • Feeding from storage bin. • Feeding with proportional valve. • Feeding with DUO valve for: - drying hopper - injection moulding machine.

  19. EQUIPMENT : 1. Proportional valve Aluminium diecasting with a seal gasket for the feeding of natural and regrind material. The setup of the proportions is made by palmtop controller.

  20. EQUIPMENT : 2. Maintenance hoppers For the direct installation on the transforming machine. They are available in version: • TMM • TMX with cylindrical column in Pyrex for visual control.

  21. EQUIPMENT : 3. Palmtop controller It constitutes the digital IN/OUT interface for the setting and the control of the machine’s parameters.

  22. EQUIPMENT : 4. Sunction probes Probes for aspiration of the material, single or double pipe with a regular fluidification. The flexible connection pipe is made in non-toxic and anti-static polyurethane.

  23. EQUIPMENT : 5. DUO valve DUO valve, installed in three-phase sunction units. It allows the installation of two containers for the loading of a hopper and an injection moulding machine by the same pump.

  24. EQUIPMENT : 6. By pass valve By-pass valve usually applied onto centralized cyclone filters. It is used for the cooling of the sunction unit and to reduce the number of starts. It can be installed directly on small suction units

  25. IMPORTANT DETAILS: CONTAINERS • Body fully realised in stainless steel with guarantee of quality and without release of oxide. • Tissue filter with a big filter capacity. • Filter cleaning as standard. • Discharge outlet equipped with high seal gasket.

  26. IMPORTANT DETAILS : 1. Body in stainless steel It is built in stainless steel, guarantee of quality and nontoxicity. Opportunely shaped for an optimal downflow of the material.

  27. IMPORTANT DETAILS : 2. Tissue filter Different types of filters are available according to the demands of the user. Paper filters, or tissue filters with high capacity, otherwise metallic net if the suction unit is equipped by centralized filter.

  28. IMPORTANT DETAILS : 3. Filter cleaning The filter cleaning is programmed by the user according to the type of material. It is performed by spray of compressed air jets through a diffuser.

  29. IMPORTANT DETAILS : 4. Outlet with seal edge gasket Detail of the discharge outlet, equipped with anti-wear edge gasket, for a perfect sealing also with dust materials.

  30. CYCLONE FILTER: • Cyclone dust separator and paper filter to protect the blower. • Cleaning filter programmable using jets of compressed air.

  31. CYCLONE FILTER: 1. Operating The air aspiration makes a spiral flow allowing the heavy dust to separate and fall on the bottom. The air is then cleaned again passing through the cartridge filter, before to exit the filter.

  32. IMPORTANT DETAILS : 2. Filter cleaning The cartridge filter cleaning performs jets of compressed air with a programmed frequence and time. The air is accumulated in the bottom tank.
