2. Healing Hearts of Families USA Ministries Inc Our Mission is: To help families find solutions to be healthy, whole and stable.

3. The Healing House will provide: • Housing services to disabled or homeless individuals in a home like environment. • Hot meals (Three healthy meals and snacks) • Shared rooms include bed and dresser • Cable, phone, washer and dryer, heat • A social area for guest including internet, TV, games, reading materials and music. • Cost for basic housing services $450 monthly

Program Services for the Intertwine #1 House include • *Cognitive behavioral, reentry classes (M) • Financial Management (M) • Family communications and relations sessions (M) • *Substance Abuse Community Treatments (M) • *Employment & Educational skills and referrals(M) • *Transportation assistance to appointments • Independent Living Skills (M) • *Community recreational activities referrals • *Provider contract opportunities (M)-Mandatory attendance required

5. The Healing House will have the following house rules Rules for all tenants: • No person allowed on premises using alcohol or drugs. Mandatory SA classes required of residents with issues. • Random drug tests are administered, if you are tested positive you will be dismissed unless voted in a meeting to stay. • No fighting allowed, no bullying and no provoking fights. • No weapons or firearms allowed on the premises. • No profanity, vulgar language, obscene gestures or gossip allowed. • No smoking inside house. No smoking allowed on porch. • No guest allowed in the bedrooms • All residents must be out of bedroom 8:00 am on weekdays and no later than 9:30 am on weekends. (Options for medicated individuals) • All bedrooms must be cleaned every day, with once a week inspections. • Everyone will be asked to participate in the upkeep and cleanliness of the facility. • Chores will be done at time arranged to fit schedule. (Tasks will be assigned) • Kitchen must be cleaned after YOU are finished, do not leave dishes in the sink. • No one is allowed to use or bother anyone else’s clothes, food or belongings’. (This is grounds for dismissal) • No leaving premises after 11:00 pm. • Must attend 2 services at the faith organization of your choice. • Lights off while not being used, lights cut off time 11:30 pm week days. • Must dress covered at all times outside of the bathroom or bedroom where you live, 12 inches or more of each gender specific anatomy/body parts shall be covered and underwear must be covered at all times.

6. Property Description • Four (4) Bedroom, two(2)-bathrooms, front and back porch, living room, kitchen, and large back yard. • Close to public transportation bus and rail. • Central air and heat, alarm system
