Autoretrack is not automatic Blade always outside OR has to be actively retracted Blade edge guard automatically shoots forward the moment the blade comes clear of the cut (automatic blade guarding and springloaded poins) Scissors with rounded tipsand shears Requires KUC Superintendent approval, Written Risk Assessment, highlighting alternate tools Most Preferred Option when possible Risk can be reduced by minmizing the exposed blade length Risk can be reduced by usage of blades with rounded tips
