  3. Get rid of the black cartridge • Switch on the Power button. • Open the cartridge access door and then lift the lid on the cartridge slot, gently push the lid back until it stops.

  4. Pull up on the black cartridge to wipe out from the slot. • Set the black cartridge aside, with the nozzles looking up. • Close the cartridge access door. If the printer does not work effectively in single-cartridge mode proceed to the following arrangement.

  5. Replace low or empty ink cartridges • Low ink prompts poor print quality. Take after these techniques to check the ink level and afterward replace empty cartridges. • On the Printer control panel, select the Home button. • Click the Down Arrow to choose Ink Levels, and after that press ok.
