TYPES OF STEM CELLS

A stem cell is a cell with a unique capability to develop specialized types of cells in the body. They may be utilized in the future to replace the cells and tissues that suffer some form of damage or are lost due to some illness. https://www.globalstemcellcare.com/types-of-stem-cells

  1. TYPES OF STEM CELLSBy Global Stem Cell Care

  2. What is a Stem Cell? • Is our body made up of many different cell types? • Are most cells specialized in carrying out specific functions, such as red blood cells? The red blood cells carry oxygen in the blood around our bodies, but they are incapable of dividing. •  Stem cells provide the body with new cells as it grows, and substitute specialized cells that are damaged or lost. They have two distinctive properties that allow them to do this: • In order to create new cells, they can differentiate over and over. • During their division, they may be converted into the other cell forms of the body.

  3. Adult Stem Cells • Most tissues in the body, including bone marrow, fat and peripheral blood, can be derived from adult stem cells. They also may be separated from the cords and placental tissues of the human being. When collected, the cells are transmitted to the laboratory, where they are purified and quality-assessed before return to the patient. Adult stem cell forms are usually mesenchymal and hematopoietic. • In all embryo-fetal development stem cells are found, and throughout the entire lifetime, this is called adult stem cells, and throughout the entire lifetime of each individual. The 5 general stem cells in the human body are: • Totipotent: The stem cell is also known as fertilized egg, which develops and transforms into all the other stem cell types, contributing to the development of the person. • Pluripotent: These stem cells may be well-differentiated like any other cell type but the stem cells obviously do not have the potential to build and bring to life a whole body. • Multipotent: These are much smaller than the above mentioned pluripotent cells. The cell types of a certain range are reserved. • Oligopotent: These are analogous to multipotent stem cells and can also be distinctly differentiated from each other into distinct cell types. • Unipotent: They can only function best for one cell type and not many as the name implies.

  4. Human Umbilical Cord Tissue Mesenchymal Stem Cells (HUCT-MSC) • The umbilical cords of newborn children produce mesenchymal stem cells. As for all post-natal cells, the HUCT-MSC stem cells are “adult.” • Cord-derived mesencymal stem cells separated from the umbilical cord tissue are used by stem cell therapy hospital. In the Laboratory, these cells are enlarged under rigorous and universally recognised criteria for some indications. • And many other ways, umbilical cord stem cells are known to help minimize inflammation, modulate immune system and secretions and can allow different tissues to regenerate throughout the body.

  5. Bone Marrow Stem Cells • The stem cell in the bone marrow are the most well-established stem cell, it was first found in the 1960s. Many studies have now expanded experimental application of these cells to conditions like peripheral vascular diseases, diabetes, cardiac insufficiency and other degenerative disorders, which have original use in bone marrow Transplantation for leukemia and hematopoietic diseases. • At Stem Cell hospitals in India, the treatment combined with umbilical cord tissue mesenchymal stem cells, are used to self-clean the mesenchymal stem cells from the bone marrow in our spinal cord injury protocol.

  6. Adipose (fat) Stem Cells • Fat stem cells are primarily sequestered and cannot be healed or immune modulated by the rest of the body. Over the last 10 years, fat induced stem cells have been used with promising effects in the effective care of service animals and horses with bone and joint injuries. • Fat stem cells cannot only grow into different tissues, they can also inhibit immune reactions, as seen in autoimmune diseases, through laboratory experiments. In addition to orthopedic disorders, Global Stem Cell Care offers treatment to the patients looking for reliable stem cell treatment for osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and multiple sclerosis, along with many other. • Global Stem Cell Care offers the best stem cell treatment for patients looking for a treatment to cure life-threatening ailments.
