  2. Tidy Lash is an interactive on-demand app that aims to provide the greatest eyelash services to its users. It allows users to book an Esthetician and artist from the convenience of their own homes. The App is straightforward to use with an eye-catching UX design. Users can choose the desired lash service, and the request will be disseminated on the vendors’ app. The users can book appointments, manage appointments, do payments, see a portfolio of Estheticians, and more.  Challenges: Our customers noticed the increase in demand for eyelash booking services. Thus, our customer wanted to change the conventional methods of scheduling appointments. The client was looking for a dynamic app in which users can book and manage appointments. The client was looking for a better way to profit by providing services to a wide spectrum of clientele. Since the client was not maintaining a customer database due to direct visits, they were not able to provide good customer experience. Hence, the client started seeing a decline in footfall and overall revenue.

Solution • Customers can schedule an appointment to receive eyelash treatment treatments, saving them travel time.  • The Esthetician can review the client's treatment history and the lash treatment accordingly.  • Customers can track the Esthetician’s location, so they don’t have to be twiddling their thumbs. • The app ensures the best experience by providing the option of a review at the end of each session.  • The category system will allow consumers to locate similar services and discover Esthetician.  • Customers can make in-app payments for a  service and avoid carrying cash  • Estheticians can ask for feedback and ratings in the app from the customer • Customers can write their experiences and feedback to help others  • Users can create their account to manage and store everything at one place
