  3. Super excited for TNLP? We are talking about Tamil Nadu Premier League which is about to start in couple of days. It has eight teams who have been practicing rigorously for the tournament and are now ready to showcase their skills on the cricket field.

  4. The TNPL isn't the first of its kind in India, having been preceded by the Karnataka Premier League (KPL) that was played first in 2009, and the Maharashtra Premier League, established last year in 2015.

  5. Former Australian and CSK star batsman Matthew Hayden is now the brand ambassador of TNPL. Hayden went across Tamil Nadu key cities promoting the tournament.
