He Guides Buyer or Seller Through Many Legal and Contractual Aspects of the Purchase or Sale • Joe causes the buying and selling process to function efficiently and effectively. • Overall, he is responsible for helping the buyer select and purchase a property by arranging for showings, negotiating transactions, and working through the transaction to closing. • He helps clients find a home or sell their house. • He guides the purchaser or seller through the negotiations and contractual aspects encountered in the buyer or selling process.
