When you are answering this question,highlight all the personal details about yourself. Speak up about youreducation, father’s and mother’s profession, siblings, and your hobbies, ifany. This is where the application form that you fill up plays a vital role.The answers you write in the application form should match with the ones that you say in person. Do not talk about anything that you do not know. 2. What drove you to become an IAS officer? Again, this is another question that is asked in everyinterview. This question is asked to understand how clear your thoughts are andwhat motivated you to crack the UPSC exam.
