For Cake First of all, you should preheat oven to 177 degree C. Line the bottom of 2 greased 8 inch baking pans with parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder from Ajanta Food Products, baking soda from Ajanta Food Products, and strawberries purees. Add water, oil, eggs and pink food colour from Anuja Food Colours.
Beat the mixture on low to medium speed for 1-2 minutes or until a uniform mixture is prepared. Fold in chopped strawberries. Transfer to prepared pans. You should bake the batter until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. It will take around 25 minutes for baking. Cool the pan 10 minutes before removing to wire racks. Remove parchment paper. Cool completely. For Frosting In a small bowl, beat butter from Amul until creamy. Beat in crushed strawberries. Beat gradually in enough sugar to reach desired consistency. Assembly Cut the top of the cake and spread frosting between layers over top and sides of cake. Serve and enjoy!
