In this article, we will briefly discuss how to make moist and delicious strawberry cake at your home. Ingredients: For the cake:  330g all-purpose flour  2 ½ teaspoons baking powder from Ajanta Food Products  1 teaspoon salt  ¼ teaspoon baking soda from Ajanta Food Products  227g unsalted butter  400g granulated sugar  4 large egg whites  2 teaspoons vanilla extract from Ajanta Food Products  120ml milk  120ml fresh strawberry puree reduced  Pink food color from Anuja Food Colours.   2. For the strawberry frosting:  227g cream cheese  227g butter  1 teaspoon vanilla extract from Ajanta Food Products  Pinch of salt  720g-840g powdered sugar  ¼ cup fresh strawberry puree

Directions: For the cake  You should preheat the oven to 177 degree centigrade.  You should butter 2 (9-inch) round cake pans.  Whisk together the flour, baking powder from Ajanta Food Products, salt, and baking soda from Ajanta Food Products in large bowl.  In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter on medium speed just until creamy.  Add the sugar and beat until light and fluffy.  Add the egg whites and vanilla extract from Ajanta Food Products.  Beat until well combined and very fluffy.  Add the flour mixture alternating with the milk and the strawberry reduction.  Add pink food colour from Anuja Food Colours, which is one of the leading food colour suppliers in India. It will add visual appeal of the cake without affecting their texture, aroma or taste.  Divide the batter among the two cake pans.  Bake for 30 minutes or until the cake is springy to the touch.  Let the cakes cool in the pans for 20 minutes.  Remove and let cool completely on a wire rack. For strawberry frosting:  In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, butter, vanilla extract from Ajanta Food Products, and salt until smooth and fluffy.  Gradually add in the powdered sugar alternating with a tablespoon of the strawberry puree.  Increase the speed to medium and beat until fluffy, once all of the sugar is added.  Add a tablespoon or two of puree or milk if the frosting feels too stiff and not silky. For the assembly:  You should place a cake layer on a cake stand.  You should spread about 1 cup of frosting on top of the cake.  You should top with the second layer.  You should spread the remaining frosting all over the outside of the cake.  You should decorate the cake with the frosting as desired.
