Pinch of blended food colours such as red, blue, green, and yellow from Anuja Food Colours. As per your convenience, you can choose any food colour from Anuja Food Colours, which is one of the leading synthetic food colours in Delhi. Instructions: You should preheat your oven to 175°C. Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter from Amul and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract from Ajanta Food Products In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder from Ajanta Food Products, and salt. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk. Mix until just combined. Wash and prepare your assortment of fruits. You can choose any fruit as per your convenience and season. Place them in separate bowls and blend each fruit separately in a food processor until smooth. Add pinch of blended food colours from Anuja Food Colours corresponding to each fruit to achieve vibrant colours. Divide the cake batter evenly into separate bowls based on the number of colours you have (e.g., four bowls for red, blue, green, and yellow). Add each blended fruit mixture to its respective bowl and mix well until the batter is uniformly coloured. Starting with one color, pour a portion of the batter into the center of the prepared cake pan. Allow it to spread naturally. Repeat with the remaining colours, pouring each new color into the center of the previous one. The colours will spread and create a marbled effect. Bake the cake in the preheated oven for about 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely. Once cooled, you can decorate the cake with your favourite frosting or a dusting of powdered sugar. Serve and enjoy!
