Directions: For the cake Preheat oven to 177 degree C. Grease and flour 9 inch cake pans. Cream together sugar and butter in large bowl. Mix in eggs. Mix it thoroughly until incorporated. Mix in buttermilk, heavy cream and vanilla extract from Ajanta Food Products. Mix in half of baking powder from Ajanta Food Products, flour, and salt. Mix in the rest of the flour when the mixture is combined. Divide the batter into six bowls. Add food colors from Anuja Food Colours to create yellow, vibrant red, green, violet and blue. Pour each colored batter into the prepared pans. Spread out into an even layer. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove the cake from the oven. Let it cool completely.
