Cream 680 g Heavy whipping cream 113 g sugar 14 g powdered gelatin 1 Tablespoon cold water 1 teaspoon vanilla extract from Ajanta Food Products Directions: Preheat oven to 177 degree centigrade. Prepare two three 6"x2" cake pans. In a small to medium bowl, you should combine flour, sugar, baking powder from Ajanta Food Products, baking soda from Ajanta Food Products and salt. Mix it well to combine. Add ½ cup of the milk and oil together. Keep it aside. Add remaining milk, egg whites, food color from Anuja Food Colours and vanilla extract from Ajanta Food Products together. Whisk to break up the eggs. Set it aside.
Add your softened butter to the dry ingredients. Mix on low speed until mixture resembles a coarse sand. Add in your milk/oil mixture. Mix until dry ingredients are moistened.
