1.  » Brother Hl l5200dw Printer setup Home BROTHER HL L5200DW SETUP The Brother HL L5200DW is a monochrome laser printer that is well designed for wireless and mobile printing. The printer oozes productivity with a staggering print speed of 42 pages per minute. The Brother printer has multiple wireless connection options like Wi-Fi Direct and WPS.The steps given below will help you with the Brother HL L5200DW setup. Unpack the printer from the carton and remove the accessories that came along with the printer. The printer comes along with the following:   Toner cartridge assembly    Drum unit    Toner cartridge    Installation CD    Manuals    AC Power cord    Remove the protective tapes surrounding the printer.    Open the front cover of the printer and take out the drum unit and the toner cartridge assembly.    Remove the orange part from the assembly.    Now, place the assembly back into the printer.    Open the paper tray of the printer to install the papers.    Move the paper guides to either side of the tray, then take a stack of paper and place it in the tray.    Now, move the guides to the sides of the papers to hold them firmly. 

2.   Remove the AC Power cord from the sealed packaging. Reload the paper into the MP tray and make sure to not exceed the tray limit.

6.   Jammed in paper tray: Pull out the paper tray from the bottom of the printer. Use both hands and slowly remove  the jammed paper. While loading paper in the tray, spread and fan out the papers evenly to avoid future jams. Make sure to remove the jammed fragments of paper. Insert the paper into the tray and make sure not to exceed the paper level indicator.   Jammed in the back of the printer: Open the back cover of the Brother printer. Pull the green tabs on the left and  right corners to release the fuser cover. Use both hands and remove the jammed paper from the fuser unit. Push the tabs to place the fuser cover in place and close the back cover.   Jammed inside the printer: Open the front door or cover of the printer. Use the handle and remove the toner  cartridge and drum unit assembly. Slowly pull out the jammed paper. Install the toner cartridge and the drum unit carefully and slide it in fully. Close the front door or cover.   Jammed in 2-sided tray: Pull out the paper tray from the Brother Hl l5200dw Setup. Now, at the back, remove the  2-sided tray. Make sure to use both hands and gently remove the jammed paper out of the printer or from the 2- sided tray. Place the tray back inside.   Jammed inside the mailbox unit: Pull out the jammed paper from the mailbox unit as shown in the LCD. Open the  Mailbox back cover and remove the jammed paper from the slot. How to Clean Brother Hl l5200dw    Turn off the Brother printer.    Make sure to remove all the connecting wires between the printer, computer, and the power source.    Take out a lint-free cloth.
