  2. Everything About Villaboard • Compared to plasterboard, villaboard is a more durable wall lining. The waterproofing won't fail with Villaboard, making it perfect for use in bathrooms and other moist places. Fewer callbacks and less expensive corrections are the result of the product's resistance to moisture damage, since it won't bend or lose its structural integrity. The hanging power of tiles, hooks, and fixings on villaboard is also amazing. With a tensile bond strength that is up to 75% stronger than wet area plasterboard, it can hold tiles that weigh a maximum of between 30 and 60 kg/m2 depending on the thickness of the tiles and the Villaboard sheet being used, guaranteeing that pricey bathroom tiles are always secure.
