(Example- Companyfilename.QBW.ND or Companyfilename.TLG) Rename the files by right-clicking on them and then selecting Rename. Add .OLD at the last of the company file name.

Further, tap on open or restore company. Now, click on the open or restore existing company option and select the company file from the new location. Remember to open the file in multi-user mode.

Don’t forget to open the file in multi-user mode. In another computer (workstations connected to host) 1. Start by closing QuickBooks on all computers connected to the host (Click on Quit QuickBooks) 2. Open your company file on the host computer. 3. Now, run the file in multi-user mode by clicking on the file and then switch to multi-user mode.
