  1. Satisfaction-Survey 92 Dental had a 60% response rate to our recent patient satisfaction survey which we sent to a random sample of patients. All questions scored 4 or 5 with more than 80% scoring 5. The three questions that scored 4 rather than 5 most often related to appointment times (1), fees (8) and cleanliness in the practice (11).
