Elon Musk Offers North American Customers a Free Trial of Tesla FSD Tesla CEO Elon Musk has announced plans to offer fully self-driving capabilities as a one-month free trial to all Tesla owners in North America. After the Tesla FSD has been approved by regulators in specific countries and determined to be safe on local roads. The company plans to expand the program globally. However, Elon Musk has yet to say when Tesla owners can access the free trial.
