Factors Affecting Film Quality: - Factors influencing the quality of radiographic images. - Film processing and exposure conditions. - Film artifacts and their identification. 4. Radiographic Image Quality Indicators: - Recognizing indicators of radiographic image quality. - Image density, contrast, and resolution. 5. Defect Recognition and Classification: - Recognition and classification of indications on radiographic films. - Differentiating between acceptable and unacceptable conditions. - Sizing and characterization of defects. 6. Standards and Codes: - Familiarization with relevant industry codes and standards governing radiographic film interpretation. - Compliance with ASNT standards and guidelines.
