Anndy noted that the market demand is the starting point, cracking down on fake and unqualified products and resolving supply chain trust issue are the value basis. “The regular anti-counterfeiting approaches are mostly physical, which is obviously not suitable for the current economic activities and market behavior anymore. What the anti-counterfeiting focused on should not only be the fake goods, but also the information and data management on the whole supply chain.” Anndy Lian said, “LINFINITY’s blockchain technology is dedicated to upgrading the information and data systems of the traditional supply chain. Only in this way, can we solve the counterfeit problem from the source.” Anndy Lian also further explained the commercialization process of LINFINITY. He said: “LINFINITY Dapp is the first step, in this phase we mainly focus on the ‘information on chai’' services for our partner brands. With LINFINITY’s self-developed Dapp and the LINFINITY Mark, the problem in product information transparency and queryability can be solved, as the information on chain all comes from the brand and the product origin, and the information and data can not be manipulated once uploaded on chain . This ensures that when customers use LINFINITY Dapp to scan the QR code, all
product information they got is completely authentic.” He added: “As a cutting-edge technology still maturing day by day, the commercialization of blockchain technology will take some time, and LINFINITY has to solve the problem of ‘information on chain’ first, and then to product traceability, right protection, and recycling, which have more supply chain elements involved.” Nowadays more and more enterprises begin to pay attention to the commercial value of LINFINITY, LINFINITY is now working on information on chain services for Scientific Tradition, a Singaporean healthcare company and Alishan Group, a Taiwan corporation. And a strategic partnership with Japan’s international hair care brand is also on discussion, LINFINITY will provide blockchain-based anti-counterfeiting service for their products. With the commercialization development of LINFINITY, more and more brands will join LINFINITY’s ecosystem, which will enable more enterprises and consumers to benefit from the blockchain technology.
