  1. PET manufacturing as your polyester friend PET processing is one of the most important jobs in modern day world. With the increase in population day by day, the demand for goods is also increasing at a steeper rate. PET or also known as Polythene terephthalate is the most common thermoplastic polymer that is found. It is the resin of the polyester family and is used to make fabrics for clothes, foods and containers. PET is used all over the world for various purposes and about 60% of its use is for the manufacturing of bottles. Polyester is one of the most used materials in the manufacturing process of bottles. It is also the fourth most manufactured polymer after polyethylene, polypropylene and poly vinyl chloride. PET is hygroscopic in nature and absorbs most of the water around it. In damp conditions, the PET is heated so that water is hydrolyzed. Before putting the PET in mould it is to be dried thoroughly to make it work properly. Pet is dried by desiccant and dryers before it is put inside the molding process. The use of PET is abundant as the demand for the bottles of soft drinks increases and the bottles of such soft drinks are made up of PET. PET is also used in gas cylinders after 2014respectively. In its natural state, PET is colorless and is a semi-crystalline resin. It acts as a good moisture barrier and also alcohol barrier. In the 21st century, there are dozens of companies that do the job of PET preform manufacturing. Some of these companies are; 1.PET preform industries 2.Indo Plast 3.Magnum Machine and Tools Pvt. Ltd These are some of the companies that perform the job of PET manufacturing. Shaping these elements made of PET is again a big problem. As a result machines have been developed to inject the PET in molding them according to different demands. These work on the same principle just like the injection of other materials to mold them into definite shapes.
