3. Implement fair performance evaluations Remove any ambiguity in performance reviews to prevent and overcome bias. Create evaluation rubrics & career ladders for your company's departments and role levels. Leaders who implement fair and equitable performance evaluations enable everyone on their team to thrive.
4. Develop a Culture in Which Everyone Is Heard Inclusion necessitates a company culture that encourages all employees to contribute while remaining true and best selves. They should not feel pressured to conform to the existing culture, & they should feel safe enough to speak up in order to report microaggressions as well as to share their ideas & suggestions.
