5. Director’s Profile Dr. Sudhir Gupta, a firsthand entrepreneur, is the Promoter and Director of Advance Hydrau-Tech Pvt Ltd based in Delhi. He is a Chartered Accountant by qualification and has over 40 years of experience in manufacturing waste recycling machines including metal scrap recycling. Apart from manufacturing and exporting highly advanced scrap processing systems, he has also successfully implemented many turnkey projects in various countries relating to metal melting and forming. His company is also a STAR Award Winner for quality, received in Geneva. His company has been awarded as the INDIA SME 100 Award Winner 2016 in India by India SME Forum in Delhi. Also his company was awarded India's Small Giants recently in India by India SME Forum in Mumbai. With presence in Over 80 Countries and having worked with over 3000 clients and 8000 machines across the globe, he has vast knowledge and experience of working with people from different nationalities and cultures. He presented his work on the topic: “Effective Techniques for Scrap Processing and Management to increase productivity and profitability - an empirical study of some enterprises”. His vast experience in the field of scrap processing and recycling and his incredible work in the field of consultancy of Steel Melting units in the past decade, has been presented in the thesis and it will pave way for enormous amount of research and innovation that can be done in this field.
