I call out anything i am not comfortable with she was fine, Black gel (i understood why they used it, but not for me) so i told her no before hand. And I felt uncomfortable with the way they cut out the flyaways on each braid (scared she would cut my hair) so I told her so and she stopped- very accommodating.I didn’t use the bathroom so I don’t know how dirty/clean it was. Just arrive early and call beforehand. Also place is very clean.I went in for box braids, I have natural hair so i was nervous. I washed my hair before hand and blow dried so there were no tangles and easier to part.
