Bike Saturday, July 25, 2009 Stoney Cove Recreation Area Morehead, KY 7 a.m. Check-in & Gear Staging Stoney Cove picnic area 8 a.m. Extreme Course 5 mile paddle ~ 17 mile bike ~ 10 mile run $40/person by July 11th - $50 after July 11th 9 a.m. Sport Course 2 mile paddle ~10 mile bike ~ 5 mile run $25/person by July 11th - $35 after July 11th Noon Food and Awards Cave Run Bicycle and Outdoor Center MSU employees race free. Must present ID at race registration. Kayak and canoes are available for rent through Cave Run Bicycle and Outdoor Center, (606) 784-1818. Detail and registration on back.

Both participants (team) must complete all phases of the adventure triathlon. If you wish to start at the same time with friends, indicate this on your entry and mail both entries together in the same envelope. Anything goes as long as the boat is not motor powered. In the Masters Division the combined ages of the participants must be at least the age of 80 years. Prizes Awards will given to overall male, female, and team winners in both the sport and expert class. Age class categories will be given depending on the number of racers per categories on July 11th. The age categories will be as follows <20, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50 plus. Payment Mail check or money order with entry form to : Cave Run Bicycle and Outdoor Center, 995 HWY 801 South, Morehead, KY 40351. To register by credit card, call the bike shop at (606) 784-1818.
