Other Lessons Learned • Giving feedback, conducting dialogues, and exposing your judgments is time consuming, complex, and can be challenging. • Regular collaborative discussions of teacher performance has raised expectations, expanded our common understanding of quality teaching and learning, and supported the practice of providing honest feedback to teachers. • The more we work together the more we learn and the better we get at doing this.
