  2. For many of us, the capability to see all the email accounts either it is a Google or IMAP/POP account at the same place is the quickest method to manage tabs for multiple accounts. Earlier the only trouble was the potential of seeing non-Google accounts conversations piled up in inbox. But with the passage of time, Gmail came up with different features and eased the pain of managing the clutter. Threaded chats can be grouped together under the same subject line, making it one clean entry. It helps you to scroll through individual emails as well while being in conversation. This feature doesn't need to be updated. All you have to do is just enable it.

  4. Gmail groups answers together in chats when people respond to an email. Thus, making newest email at the bottom. But if the subject line changes then it means you have started a new conversation or the conversation has more than 100 emails.

  5. Login to Gmail.

  6. Click Settings gear available at the top right.

  7. Now scroll down to Conversation View section. • Either choose Conversation view on or Conversation view off.

  8. Now click Save Changes option available at the bottom of the screen
